Will I be in a group? No. I offer exclusive, one-on-one sessions, fully customized to your needs.
What happens is a session? After asking a few questions, I create a customized hypnosis script. While you relax in my comfortable reclining chair, I talk to your subconscious mind by using carefully constructed phrases, ideas and images. Clients often report feeling extremely relaxed during their sessions.
Will I give up control during a session? No. You maintain control throughout, though you might feel very relaxed.
How long does a session take? Usually, just an hour.
What happens after a session? Will I be ok to work or drive? Yes, you will leave alert and refreshed.
I'm concerned I might not be hypnotizable... Hypnosis is not a trick, it's a capability that we all have. I work with your mind to assist you to access hypnosis in the most natural way for you.
Where is your office? I have a first-floor handiap accessible office at 35 State Street, Northampton.
What will it cost? I offer a sliding scale...You decide how much to pay for your session.
